Charlie joined Red River Pharma in 2003 as Director, Manufacturing Facility Planning, where he was instrumental in the design and construction of the Red River Pharma manufacturing facility in Shreveport, LA. Charlie was named President of Red River Pharma Manufacturing in 2004, and was appointed President and CEO of Red River Pharma and Vice President of Manufacturing & Inventory Control for Pamlab in January, 2009. Charlie has thirty-four years of continually increasing experience in operational and financial management, which includes senior level management responsibilities with KPMG, a national public accounting firm: leadership positions in the senior management team of a multi-national pharmaceutical organization (Boots Pharmaceuticals); and, executive management responsibilities at the site level for a Fortune 500 chemical manufacturing concern (BASF Corporation). Charlie is a 1976 graduate of Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA with a B.S. in Accounting.
