Job Summary
Coordinate operations of sales and marketing functions. Facilitate strategy implementation for all promoted products in concert with marketing teams, sales teams, analytics, and Company resources. Drive implementation prioritization between brands to ensure that the sales teams remain focused and aligned to meet Company objectives. Work with human resources, sales training, analytics, regulatory, and financial to integrate implementation of sales initiatives. Facilitate launch preparation and tactics for new products and/or indications. Facilitate, lead, and institutionalize processes that ensure timely and actionable sales force involvement in key sales and marketing initiatives. Institutionalize processes to collect, organize, and drive effective implementation of the content for all sales meetings.
Essential Functions
- Integration and Influence
- Develop/maintain and communicate sales force/marketing calendar
- Maintain and manage Clipper postings and intranet resources available to the sales force
- Integrate across brands on specific field wide initiatives
- Help facilitate recognition programs throughout the year
- Schedule and maintain rep ride-a-longs (based on organizational needs)
- Provide timely response to field related issues and questions
- Analytics
- Disseminate/communicate execution reports
- Review targeting to ensure focus
- Validate reports prior to field communication
- Schedule goal setting/communication to field
- Ensure alignments and territory numbers
- Facilitate zip/alignment changes
- Meeting Cycle Planning

- Help coordinate pre-meeting assignments, postings, and conference calls
- Shipping coordination and communication

- Prioritize and filter communications to the field and from the field to corporate
- Ensure compliance and proper timing with field
- Provide communication log to internal partners and SOP for scheduling communications
- Communication etiquette and feedback
- Help train new employees on the proper SOPs for communication and coordination between sales and marketing
Additional Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
- Sales Management experience required
- Both pharma sales and marketing experience preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective project management and cross-functional networking and influencing ability
- Experience managing complex projects and external vendors
- Excellent time management skills
- Creative/motivational communication skills
- Experience in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
